What Montana Wedding Venues Cost: Published Prices From 26 Venues
Montana wedding venue cost from 26 venues' own price pages: $695 elopements to $40,000 ranch buyouts, plus fees, weekday savings and hidden prices.
The short answer
In northwest Montana, published weekend prices for the venue alone start between $3,595 and $8,895. When beds for your guests come with it, buyouts run $6,995 to $40,000. Weekdays and winter cost less, and 35 of the 61 venue sites we checked print no price at all.

What Montana Wedding Venues Charge
We read the websites of 61 wedding venues in Montana in October 2026. These are the weekend prices that northwest Montana venues print on their own sites, grouped by what the price buys.
Venue-only rentals sit in a lower band. The jump comes when lodging is included, because you are renting beds for part of your group too.

›Read more: how we counted
We used only prices printed on each venue's own website and checked each one against the live page. Directory prices were left out because they often disagreed with the venue's own page.
Of the 61 venue sites we checked, 26 publish a wedding price and 35 do not. We looked for price pages on purpose, so this is a sample, not a count of every venue in Montana.
02
How Guest Count Changes the Price
Many venues price by the size of your guest list. Eagle Mountain Ranch charges $3,595 for up to 75 guests and $4,695 for 76 to 150. Triple B Ranch charges $8,895 for up to 200 guests and $11,895 for 200 to 300.
Small groups often get their own tier. The Copper K Barn in Whitehall offers $2,000 for elopements and micro weddings of no more than 50 guests on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. See elopement vs micro wedding for how the two compare.

What the Price Covers: Venue Only, Lodging or All-Inclusive
Two prices can look alike and buy very different things, especially for a ranch wedding. Check what the number includes before you compare it.
| Pricing type | What you get | Published examples |
|---|---|---|
| Venue only | The venue rental for a day or a weekend; catering, full service or drop-off, and rentals are extra | Eagle Mountain Ranch, Kalispell: $3,595 for a 3-day weekend, up to 75 guests. Jewel Basin Weddings: $4,500 with tables, chairs and heaters |
| Venue plus lodging | The whole property plus beds for part of the group | Glacier Homestead, Coram: $12,500 for two nights, lodging for up to 68. Clydesdale Outpost, Whitefish: $20,000 for two nights, lodging for 24 |
| All-inclusive | Venue, lodging and more in one wedding package | Mountainside Weddings, Whitefish: from $20,000 on its homepage and from $25,000 for 50 guests in its FAQ |
| Elopement or micro | A short window for a small group | Eagle Mountain Ranch: $695, up to eight guests. Clydesdale Outpost: $1,500 for four hours, up to 20 people |

Fees on Top of the Rental
The rental is rarely the whole bill. These extras are printed on Montana venues' own price pages.
- Cleanup: $400 at Diamond B Weddings; $950 for barn cleanup and trash at The Copper K Barn.
- A percentage fee: Glacier Homestead adds 8% to its package total.
- Security deposit: $1,500 at Gallatin River Hideaway, with half applied to cleanup.
- Tables, chairs and setup: not included at Diamond B Weddings.
- Tent: a $3,000 tent fee at Firelight Farm in Bozeman.
- Catering minimum: $5,000 at Rockin' TJ Ranch, plus a 20% service fee on food.
- Rehearsal dinner space: Highland Hill Farms charges $3,500 to add its chapel for a rehearsal dinner or welcome party.
- Other wedding vendors: at a venue-only rental, your caterer, wedding photographer, DJ and wedding planner are separate costs.

Weekdays and the Off-Season Cost Less
Moving off a summer Saturday is the easiest saving. Here is the same venue on a peak weekend and on a quieter day.
| Venue | Peak or weekend | Weekday or off-season |
|---|---|---|
| Diamond B Weddings | $6,450, 3-day weekend | $5,250, 3-day weekday |
| Eagle Mountain Ranch | $3,595, 3-day weekend | $2,995, 3-day weekday |
| Triple B Ranch, Columbia Falls | $8,895, summer, up to 200 guests | $6,495, winter, up to 100 guests |
| Flathead Lake Venue, Dayton | $6,995, 2-night weekend | $4,995, 2-night weekday |
| Firelight Farm, Bozeman | $14,500, Friday or Saturday, June to September | $12,000, Friday or Saturday, October to May |
| Green Valley Ranch, Coram | $40,000, July to September | $36,800, June and October |
07
Is $10,000 a Lot for a Montana Wedding Venue?
For the venue alone, it is high end. Every venue-only weekend price we found in northwest Montana starts under $9,000.
For a weekend with lodging, $10,000 is low. All but one buyout we found start at $12,500 or more; the exception is Flathead Lake Venue at $6,995 for two nights with lodging.
08
Lodging Changes the Real Total
For a destination wedding, a buyout looks expensive until you count the beds. Highland Hill Farms lists $19,500 for a three-night weekend with lodging for up to 30 guests. By our math, that is $650 per guest for three nights, venue included.
A venue-only rental sends guests to hotels each night, and that cost lands on them. Compare the full trip, not the rental line.
